I found this gravity-defying collection by Vika Gazinskaya on Moda Operandi, and it completely stole my heart! Often seen on the Russion fashion pack, Vika's designs are larger than life and wonderfully whimsical. I've been a fan for years. I love the cloud theme and and over-sized proportions.
