I literally died when I saw these shots. The colors, the photo definition and the awesome styling are just sublime. Add Clément Chabernaud and Balmain military jackets into that and I'm sold.
I'm in love with Clemence Poséy's mustard dress! The pleats, length and neckline are perfect. Also, the way she paired it with all-black accessories was divine. I need this dress!
Lately, minimalism has practically been my middle name. Ever since the trend started appearing, I have been totally in love. So I was especially overjoyed when I saw this look on Kate Bosworth! I looooove the bold orange color + the simple cut. Not to mention that her coat is perfect. Wanting. This. Look. So. Bad.

I feel like there are certain things in fashion that tend to grow on you. Would you believe that I hated the camel trend last fall? Now I'm camel's no.1 advocate. I felt the same way with Ashley Smith. After seeing her work and how naturally she can model, I believe she's one of my new favorite girls. I positively love her in this shot! From the floral clothes, the perfect lip color, the blue background, it's a fantastic shot!
I am beyond all means excited to announce that The Girl In The Check Scarf will be attending New York Fashion Week! I entered a essay contest with Academy of Art University, and I won tickets to their Fashion Show! I found out it's the only school with a fashion show on the NYFW calendar. I will also be attending the Independent Fashion Bloggers 'Evolving Influence' Conference. So if you're going as well, please let me know! I'm so excited! I have wanted to be a part of New York Fashion Week for so long.
With that being said... what on earth will I wear!?
