I love this editorial! It vaguely reminds me of the road trip I went on last summer with some friends (we drove 24 hours so that we could get from Indiana to Utah!). Only, we didn't look this fabulous, we didn't wear heels, and our makeup wasn't as perfect.

 

Can An Apron Be A Fashion Accessory?

I've never had to leave for a big party and thought "Oh! I can't leave without my apron!"

I mean, an apron is a basic kitchen item. I've never considered it to be a fashion accessory, but miss Sergeenko has proved me wrong. I really like the concept. It's like a man displaying a bright handkerchief in his suit pocket. It serves basically no function besides decoration, but it adds a nice dash of color or texture to a look. I'm not sure if I'm brave enough to strut the streets of my hometown wearing one just yet, but I'm excited to see if it will catch on as a trend.

Pink, But Not Too Girly

I adore this! She saved it from being too cutesy and girly with the black shoes and the black tights, and it's a great balance. Then again, you really can't go wrong with a skirt like that. Perfection!

Floral Done Right

I know every spring there's a big buzz over floral prints. It's really rare when I find them appealing, but I happen to seriously love these two prints! J'adore!

I wish I had red hair

So pretty. When your hair is this color; greens, purples and blues jut look fantastic on you. 

It makes me want bright read hair like Allison and Karen instead of my dark brown locks.

Sorry it's been so long!

Over The summer I Interned at a little bridal shop. The shop was about 75 years old, and I absolutely adored going through some of the classic old wedding gowns that were never sold. I still have a head piece from the 30's that they almost through out. Once, I and our tailor, Maria ( I LOVE MARIA she has this thick Italian accent and I just love watching her work. she's so good.), were tidying up her work room. I went through some cabinets and found some pages of W from the 1980's.
